Prohibition on Exploiting Price Differences and Server Glitches

Any trading activity aimed at exploiting price discrepancies between servers or different brokers is prohibited, and profits from such actions will not be recognized or paid. These trades are considered unfair and go against the rules of all prop firms, including Top Prop.

Furthermore, any misuse of server disruptions, security bugs, infrastructure weaknesses, price feed delays, the dual nature of CFD markets, or similar issues is strictly forbidden.

Upon identifying such violations, the trader’s account will be terminated without the right to appeal.

All trading activities within Top Prop must comply with these principles and avoid any unlawful or manipulative behavior.
