If losses are incurred due to server outages or infrastructure issues by partner brokers, or if disruptions result from momentary volatility, decreased market liquidity, or natural market moves being transferred from provider to broker — such events are considered part of natural market behavior and are not traceable.
If a broker outage or an issue that is verifiable occurs, Top Prop will fully cooperate with the trader.
